Embodied Eros:

The Orgasmic Liberation Path

A 6 month private container for women ready to reclaim pleasure, intimacy and erotic power from the inside out.

Let's Dive In...

You know in your heart that your body holds a deep capacity for pleasure, but you haven't been able to access or sustain it yet. Most women were never taught how to feel, receive, or embody their pleasure. They only learned how to perform, please, or accommodate.

This path is for women who are ready to come back into their bodies and restore pleasure, intimacy and self-trust.

To release overthinking and existing in the head, and learn to drop into the body and unapologetically receive.

To claim her pleasure for herself and learn to become her own best lover.

And to awaken her Eros as life force energy so that it can infuse all areas of her life, especially those that have been sacrificed or suppressed, with energy and creative power.

This path is for the woman who knows her erotic nature is sacred, but hasn’t yet fully lived from and embodied it.

This journey is about dropping into present awareness and awakening the erotic intelligence already living inside of you: the sensitivity, intuition, aliveness, and deep emotional truth that your body has been quietly holding, waiting for you to listen.

Embodied Eros is an invitation to step into your sexual power, open your body to pleasure, heal shame and patterns that keep you disconnected, numb or closed off, and rediscover sensational and energetic aliveness.

It’s about coming home to yourself to reclaim the wholeness that was always there within you.

Challenges Women Face

So many women on this path share familiar tender experiences. These aren't individual shortcomings. They are societal, familial and ancestral ones that lead to protective patterns held in the body and nervous system. Together, we gently unwind these so your pleasure can come back to its natural flow.

Disconnection from your Body

You often stay in your head during sex, worrying how you look or if you’re “doing it right.”

What's possible: You come home to sensation, feeling grounded, safe and present enough to fully enjoy touch and intimacy.

Guilt around Receiving

You rush your arousal, minimize your needs, or feel bad for “taking too long.” You want to receive, but your body doesn’t feel permission.

What's possible: You learn to honor your natural arousal rhythm and receive without apology, while knowing your pleasure nourishes everything in your life and benefits both of you.

Sex feels Repetitive, Mechanical or Shallow

It’s fine, but not great. You want more depth, slowness and connection, but struggle to ask for it or provide it to yourself.

What's possible: You liberate your voice, express your desires and needs, and rediscover erotic curiosity to create experiences that feel playful, sacred or deeply nourishing.

Difficulty Letting Go

You get close, but can’t quite surrender. Your body tenses, your mind takes over or something feels blocked.

What's possible: You experience deeper safety in the body, release stored tension, and open to higher waves of pleasure and trust to go from peak climax to full-body ecstasy.

Performance over Presence

You find yourself faking, rushing, or acting how you “should” feel, instead of actually feeling.

What's possible: You drop into presence, authenticity, and truth, to finally release the masks and return to your real, embodied erotic self.

Shame or Feeling Broken

You compare yourself to others, struggle with feeling broken, or feel shame for not experiencing sexual pleasure the way you want.

What's possible: You learn to sit with shame and other uncomfortable feelings or felt states so they can soften and healing can occur. You reclaim your erotic worthiness and inhabit your body with reverence, confidence and power.

"You weren't rushing or fixing. You were being. That alone was medicine... just listening felt like a recalibration."

- Mikayla D.

"I really love how we began in the first session with the topic of sexuality, and slowly but surely we ended up relating to something much more broad, speaking of tightness in the hips, and feeling unsafety in my body. I didn't expect I would get there in starting to speak about sexuality with you in the beginning. And that just shows how versatile and knowledgable you are."

- Emily L.

"The guidance with my higher self was beautiful, and you offered really great reflections afterwards that helped me feel lighter and more supported."

- Shelby L.
